Firm control : Lipo in a Box "Original Firm Control" High Waist Brief, Nude XS
Recommendations were that this ran big, so I purchased one size smaller than I would usually order. I purchased it for back support. I fell 6 months ago and had a compression fracture in my spine. As I am recovering the physician said I needed to develop my core, so I am exercising in aqua classes and the back is great but I just felt I needed a bit more hold to help me stand as tall as possible. When the back is precisely tired, this seems to give me just a bit more support. It doesn't roll down like some high tops and you don't feel squeezed into the garment.
